We aspire to work towards to ensuring you have a blissful experience with MI spices. However, if due to some unforeseen circumstances you are not happy with your purchase then please read the following terms to apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation :

If an item you ordered from www.mispices.com does not meet your expectations do write to us at mispices29@gmail.com. You can reach out to us through our social media platforms- Facebook and Instagram or contact us on +91 9560605606. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us as we are happy to try to assist you.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely scenarios of a manufacturing defect, incorrect delivery or the product getting damaged during transit, please see if the following guidelines apply for a legitimate claim for a refund.

Here are some important & helpful guidelines on Returns –

  • Always email us first if you have a problem on mispices29@gmail.com
  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question.
  • Never send back an item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Always measure your order before opening it. If there is quantity related issue, then kindly click the picture and mail it to us on mispices29@gmail.com
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
  • In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason we are unable to deliver certain products, you will be asked to select another item/take a store credit/the amount will be refunded for that particular product only.   
  • If for any Reason we are unable to deliver a certain product the refund will be done to the same Credit/Debit card( bank). which you have used to shop the product. In case it’s not possible to refund the payment through Credit /Debit card, all refunds will be done through Respective Payment Gateways used.
  • Please return within 3 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition. 
  • We will examine the order you returned, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate actions to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
  • Safe delivery to you is our responsibility. However, we would request you take the utmost care when sending back the product for a return or refund. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, please understand that in those scenarios we won’t be able to assist you further. So please ensure that the package is sent through our suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us while keeping the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.

Credit Issuals
All credits to be posted to a customer’s credit card account takes about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer’s accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.

Be alert when accepting the parcel from courier
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the quality and quantity of the items with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Colour & description disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, details, shape or size, etc) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

We, at MI spices firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors may seem slightly different as compared to the actual nature.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be slight variations in the color of the actual product because of the nature of spices, season, quality of lot coming from manufacturer and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
